Depends, if you didn't like core gameplay a year ago, you will never like it, because it's more or less set in stone. However it has been tweaked quite a lot, new perks have been added, some balancing has been done, metas have changed several times.

I feel sometimes its good while other times its weird, but then I also suck at blocking so its prolly me

The singleplayer is pretty great and continues to get updates.

Multiplayer still has the same problems, but now with even less people playing.
