Resolved Heroes Upgrading and Equipment

Is there any option to armor my heroes or give them personalized weapons? Because I can´t find it if there is.....

The two arrows at either side of your character name in your inventory and stats screens allow you to cycle through your parties current wanderers (What you're referring to as heroes). This is what you're asking for.
