You could make a program, like modifying you face, you can put your own designs on your shields. That way you can make borcha's and marnid's shields different.

Or

Int the beginning, you should put a design on a shield, and any of you men that has a shield has your design on it.

Just a thought.

P.s. LOVE the game, combat rules, you should make the sliderbar for the battle size bigger. If i have 30 men, and i come across a vieger war party, i wanna kill em all at once, well, maybe not, but that is there's a real challenge!

Choosing some kind of heraldry at the beginning and see it on any shield or tabbard you or your men use, would be VERY cool! Hope this couold be included in the game sometime!

Well, you could give Marnid and Borscha different shields, and edit the textures... But of course, there won't be a point, since the shields are different already then.

But anyway, you have their names already above their heads... You could still give Borscha heraldic armour, and Marnid the blue one (forgot the name >_<).
