Heraldry - Is it possible?

I'd like to know if it's possible to add heraldry to other items.

For instance, adding a heraldic tabard or surcoat to a cuir bouilli.

Yes. You can add it to most things using the module system.

Alright, I found the tutorial on the heraldic armor... It's a little over my head, though. I'll give it a shot, but I probably wont get much out of it.
