Oh, that. It's just some remanant from something that was in the game a long time ago (don't worry, it was nothing special). Just ingore it, it doesn't do anything at all

It's a trojan horse created by friends of Armagan and Ipek.
They designed it so that it will mine your internet browser cookies so they can see which websites - and forums - you visit.
then they will go there under secret acronyms to bombard you with highly annoying and utterly unreasonable questions just to see you suffer (because you spent 20 bucks on a game that Armagan developped).
