Help needed

Users who are viewing this thread

Hello, i could really use help as i am having a lot of trouble in the native expansion mod. Every time i try to upgrade my troops, or garison troops in my castle i get the unable to lock vertex buffer error and crash to the desktop. It also says something like driver nvlddmkm has stopped responding and has recovered.

Its only when i am upgrading or garisoning. I can fight battles and sieges with battle slider at 100 and no lag.

Please someone help i appreciate your help!

P.S i have also posted this thread in technical problems also, not to spam but so i can get the best chance of a useful solution, and also people may not visit the native expansion forum but know the answer to my problem

thanks

Cute. Do you actually (I mean: IRL) know any gay people? And bi?

It's like stating that you hate American people, as a bunch of fat biggot imbeciles, while never having actually met one.  :D

I just thought you were an averagely homophobic teenager, whose only knowledge of the gays & bi was through TV and movies.
But I did assume you were American. I was just making a point... and sort of contradicted myself.
I'm sorry I bullied you, it was rude of me.

Yet another case of Internet misunderstanding...

its alright, i dont watch tv and dont see many movies, but heres a question of mine, why is it i lose interest once i take 2 towns.....

You two should have some bum fun to make up.

Too far?

Actually I tend to lose interest after taking 2 towns. I think it's because once you get to that, you're more powerful than every other lord in the game so every battle turns into a grind.  And that's coupled with the crappy morale system and having to sell swords to pay your troops.  I'm the king, can't I get a frigging salary or expenses claim or something!? >:[

doesnt feel like im a king, theres no real events to make me feel like im running a kingdom, just being threatened by sanjar to hand over ur capital

i just participate in every tournament winning it each time and getting my 20k but it is still hard to pay them.

also i know i can beat any army in the game as  i have troops to beat every faction. I have like 40 lady knights and 40 lordless knights, which can take care of the nords and vaegirs, i have pikemen and archers to take care of the khergits and swadians, and i have grey knights, and many other footmen to take care of the rhoduks.

my only challenge now i think will be the black knights invading

If you're a King, you're dependent on nobody. If you receive a salary, you're dependent on the payer, who outranks you.

In other terms: if you're dependent on nobody, you're your own King.

The salary system is alienating. It makes you a slave (or a servant) to your employer, who outclasses you.

Basic class struggle.

Jebus, you think it's boring being a monarch in Calradia? Look at the queen of England. Does she look happy most of the time? And she doesn't get to ride around hitting people and selling their looted crap either.

It's easy. If it's boring, whack the difficulty up, or start a war, or attempt something impossibly difficult, or start again. Or switch it off and go play outside. The weather's lovely here.

And that's exactly the problem!

There's a problem gameplay wise here. If you'd be able to afford all your troops by taxes, it'd be boring as hell.
It's a game after all. You, as the player, are supposed to do **** about things.
Even if it is unrealistic.
