Help Needed: Issues with Adding Troops in Warband

I'm trying to add a new troop to the game, (they are zombies called rotters) but I'm encountering an error every time i run the batch file. Here are the codes I'm using. If anyone could help me fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate it! I'm new to modding and a big fan of Warband, and im so eager to create some cool mods to share with you all.
