Help Instalation

I need a bit of help installing the mod please i downloaded the mod but it says i dont have a program that can open the file so i downloaded that jzip thing  and it said that it cant open it either  should i reinstal it or something?

I use 7zip.  I found it at Cnet.

I was the same, but i re-downloaded it and it worked fine.
