[HELP] I want put the scripts

The scriptset linked to is buggy, broken and intended for PW 4.4 - thus it won't work. The current version of PW is 4.5, please refer to the link in my signature if you're interested in acquiring a high-quality PW scriptset functional with PW_4.5.
As for maps, they're all around the taleworlds forum. Some will have download links whereas others may not. In order to use a map you must have two bits of information, an .sco (the map file) and the scene code. To install a map you do the following;
1) Place the map file in the Modules/PW_4.5/SceneObj folder (e.g scene_2.sco)
2) Edit Modules/PW_4.5/scenes.txt and replace the relevant chunk of scene code with the one given to you by the author, it should look something like the below;
4) Edit your servers config file and change the map rotation to include your new scene.
5) ?? Profit, if you've done it correctly your new map should be working.

And yes investment is required, its all up to a person and their money.. Servers do cost a lot, and VPS in my opinion wouldn't be able to handle a 200 players, at least I think please correct me if I'm wrong.
