Help finding a mod

So I just re-installed my mount and blade, and I can't for the life of me remember what mod I was playing and the only thing I remember that no other mod I've tried so far has is this.

When I was the owner of a big city (praven for example) I could draft a force of units 100 at a time and it would be all recruits, it would also show the population left in the city.

Ok so I found the mod but there is so many new versions with crazy updates... if anyone can find blood and steel 1.191 I will love you forever.

This was 4 years ago lol. I've been through 2 new computers, I did even try to plug in all my old harddrives and scan them for any trace of the mod but I could not find it ):

Sword of Damocles has a population system. Maybe start your look there.

I found the mod, its blood and steel, I opened a topic there and PM'd the mod creator, the new versions add so much new stuff and I just really didn't like a lot of the changes, I've scoured the interenet and I can only find 1.251, still a bit too late, looking for anything 1.1-1.19ish.
