Help Empire vs all

Title says all. All kingdoms declared war on Empire, and I'm a vassal of them. I see armies coming to all sides it seems the end of my faction  . Any suggestions of what to do? I feel already in chains.

Do you really need to ask? Find your liege lord (The King) and get the hell out of his faction!

I fight with honor. I'm not a dishonorable man  :!:
In that case, reinforce all of your cities and or castles and pray to god the Noldor don't decide they want to unleash a war party. other than that, just hope that some of the other rules get bored and leave you alone

The noldor are not a problem for ''ME'', can't say the same to my friendly vassals lol. No need to worry, they always attack near Laria, so it's likely they will give sarleons a hard life.

It's only a matter of time until one or more of them hit your faction's holdings. I've never had to deal with so many at a time, but they will usually come at you one at a time, sometimes the interval between attacks being shorter than expected.
Stock up on the Empire's finest wall defenders, their crossbowmen, and some tough infantry to hold the entry. If they are already attacking, you should do your best to get there to intervene. If they aren't attacking yet, you'll need to do some scouting or manhunting (going after some stray "sheep"). It would work best if you can save before going on scouting so that you can load afterwards and spare yourself some time, as you would already know when and where one of your enemies would strike. This would only work if you're not playing "realistically".
Whether or not you're keen on staying on the front lines when the enemy hordes come, you should still expect to lose some castles or towns, as you can't be everywhere unless you'd cheat.
Still, how did your guys manage to rile up every single other faction in Pendor  ? Did your team already conquer about 2-3 towns and other castles? If so, it's pretty self explanatory, as everyone sees the Empire in your game as a major threat to their independence. They might even be more likely to lend an ear to what the Snake Cult has to offer, bringing PoP 4 right to your doorstep.

I'd say your best bet is to gather a force of siege defense specialists (Armored pikemen, Gladiators, Crossbows) and wait for an enemy army to lay siege somewhere, then join the defenders and beat them back. Even if the fight doesn't look winnable, joining anyway and making them pay heavily for the conquest in ways autocalc can't can be beneficial, though painful.  The more damage you can do to any given invader, the more likely it becomes that they'll sue for peace and/or one of the other factions will smell blood in the water and decide to declare war on them, effectively taking two factions out of the equation even if you are technically still at war. It might also be worthwhile to try kiting minor faction armies into enemy territory and hoping they'll do their own besiegery, but be careful as you could end up inadvertently boosting an enemy army if they take the minor army down and pass out the prisoners.

What can also use "stalling" tactics.  When one of your fiefs get sieged, you can try to siege one of the enemy faction's castle's or towns without any intention of actually fighting.  Some AI marshalls will abandon their siege to come and defend the castle/town you are sieging.  Once you see them coming, you abandon the siege.  They will then go back and try to reseige, but that takes time.  Sooner or later, their campaign will have to come to an end or else lords will start leaving the main army.

Another tactic is to go on the offensive, but it doesn't seem like you have the troops for that.  If you can gather up enough lords, you can capture their weak castles, making them come and take them back.  But you can capture castles faster than the AI.  And usually the AI will end a campaign after a successful capture, giving you a break for a few days.

Defending sieges can be a great way to break an enemy's army.  You should win battles as long as you're outnumbered by 3:1 or less.  You can win with even worse odds, you just need to have a decent number of troops in the city or ask lords to go there to reinforce the garrison.  Mass your infantry and cavalry at the ladder.  The most dangerous enemies will actually be archers who hit your guys with arrows at range.  The others will be overwhelmed by the numbers once they get to the top of the ladder, most won't be able to swing without getting hit.

Usually Cez and Janos are very tough places for enemies to siege and win because they are stocked with Shadow Legion and Immortals.  These guys stacked at the ladder take down huge numbers of enemies so you should be able to win against a much much larger force.

My strategy would be: get an Army of 2/3 Archers/XBow and 1/3 Infantry with the strongest shields u can get - and take their castles or low garrison citys.
Make a real siege - go with your Infantry some steps infront of your Archers and kill as many enemys with your archers as possible - dont charge. If your Archers ammonition runs out, take a look on the number of defenders and then decide to charge or to retreat. If you have to retreat, just resiege and do the same again until you can charge without many losses.

works great vs DShar and Fierdes, good vs Others, maybe not that good vs Ravenstern.

Crossbows and if you can, Immortals.  Shadow Legion if at all possible to act as a heavy cavalry troop, or even two dozen Hero Adventurers.  That combination is just insane.  I've seen 20 immortals utterly wipe out 50 Scorpion Assassins, some mounted.  The crossbows act as a heavy skirmish unit, inflicting losses on heavy units like knights and archers, while the immortals slaughter anything in range.  I've seen, and used this tactic.  It's effective against ALL factions, although the Ravenstern's Rangers do bite back and if too many Fierdy infantry get close it can get bloody.  And kill as many KotLs as possible.

As a merc for the Empire as they are fighting off Sarleon, and the D'Shar, this strategy has been what's allowed the Empire to stay afloat (Sarleon and D'Shar are the two most powerful factions).  On the bright side, Ravenstern and Fierdys are very far off, so they'll be less likely to really be able to get a sizable force.

Fight defensively, basically do not leave Empire Lands.  Make every enemy force that dares venture in a pile of bloody mush.  Take prisoners and throw away the key.  Bleed them out.
