Please make sure that your OS is up to date. Is the game crashing? Or is it just a log in failure?

I have some issues with Mount & Blade Bannerlord 2. The game crashes while lauching it. I have an "application problem" error message that offers to download files. When the files are uploaded he puts an id code to contact someone but does not solve the problem. Identifier: 2021-03-28_14.26.08_090d2e7de93fdf8a949ecb16b335da32
I checked the integrity of the files on Steam. Removed the config files, uninstalled the mods and checked for completeness by Steam. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game completely. None of these solutions work.
