Now on 1.5.6 every few seconds the map stutters really quick, This is a constant issue that hasn't stopped for hours. I can link a video showing it.
 

This stuttering is affecting a few people, it is 'not a big deal' because theyre just rolling back to 1.5.5 / problem being ignored. I have no issues running the game and there are no CPU/ GPU spikes on my rig when i play, yet these micro stutters are still present in e1.5.6. Its fairly obvious its an issue with latest patch considering all the people complaining about just 1.5.6 and not ''oh it stutters all the time''. I didn't have this problem on previous patches (1.5.5 beta) and there is no change between having all visual/ audio settings maximised or minimised.

I don't really want to swap to the perf measuring branch because my internet is fairly slow and I've already swapped back and forth between 1.5.5. today.

In the stuttering thread above, if you had just deleted the post that suggested people download questionable/ malicious software, maybe we would be closer to resolving the issue - but as the owner of that thread doesn't want to be associated with it anymore I am bumping this one.

To clarify the stuttering happens at certain points during the day. If the game speed is faster, the stutters happen more frequently (real time), if the game speed is 1x the stutters happen less frequently. I believe there is a calculation going on (either battles auto resolving or passive food consumption /exp or something) which causes the game to hang.

Additionally to respond to Nauman's post, my FPS stays at ~80 during the stuttering, so it is not an issue with GPU rendering the game client seems to actually pause/sleep for a split second.
