Heavy Armour/Medium Armour Penalities?

Just wondering what the exact penalties are for wearing the various types of heavy and medium armours. Do they stack? If I wear a Heavy Shield with Medium Armour, do I get two sets of penalties?

I'm not sure this system makes sense, since I gather the strength requirement to wear and use armour already takes it's bulkyness into account.

I think it should affect only your fighting speed and stamina (but there is no such parameter)
If you fight for a long time you must become tired and your movements will be slower. With heavy armor you will tire more quickly.
It`s a pity that there is no stamina bar (many games have it). But i doubt that it could be made by mod team... I hope we will see it in the next M&B.

No there are penalties to power throw, power strike, etc, as well as athletics. Heavy Armour + Heavy Shield = -3 Athletics penalty.
