In Progress Heartbreaker trophy unlocks inconsistantly.

Summary: I'm trying to get the Heartbreaker trophy. Tried it on 2 widows of 2 separate Sturgian lords. One was a clan leader before his death the other wasn't. Tried by getting married through the direct dialogue option and the one for making an alliance between the kindoms. For the lord that wan't the head of a clan I made sure to talk to them before executing them. And no matter what the trophy doesn't seam to unlock. My friend got it yesterday so I don't think it is fully bugged but it just doesn't want to unlock for me for whatever reason. I'm playing on the ps5 version of the game.
As you can see from the added media the trophy unlocks for some, just not for me and doing it as described in the trophy didn't unlock it. I will reload my save and hope it will unlock.
