Summary: The health perk to recover health after battle (both of them) don´t work when one help a village during a raid.

I experienced this using version 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 as well.
The perk's name is Preventive Medicine, it needs 25 skill points in the Medicine skill, and it does not heal 30% of your health lost after battles, even though it states it should be. Happened both modded, and unmodded, even though I do not use any perk and skill altering mods.

Some health perks are for offensive battles.
