I was Vaegir vassal, and Boyar Nelag was a Marshall, I join every his campaign but King Yaroglek never give me a town or castle! If I besieging enemy castle without help of someone, I know I never win! I need castle or town so Boyar Khavel will give his beloved daughter to me!

Please help me...

how many renown you have? the more, the better.

how many lords would support you if you ask them?

how much persuasion have your character? i think that it helps asking for support.

You may want to conquer a castle yourself, try to convince a group of lords to follow you and then use that forces alongside yours to take an enemy's castle or town. be the conqueror of a castle or a town helps a lot.

You may want let the enemy took a city or a castle, so then you can conquer it back against a small (or not so big at least) garrison.

It will take sometime. The best way is too siege one a castle with a low garrison and just camp in there while loading it up with men. Your renown isn't that high, so go out and win more battles. The best way too convince a lord to support you is by having good realtions, for me I easily get support when relations are around 50 with a lord. The best thing you can do right now is build up, get gold so you can support a laqrger more elite army and then when you think you can sustain around 100 men in your party and you see a low garrison castle then strike. This game awards the patient.

Well, Its hard to gain relationship with any lord, because the relationship point always rise to 1-5, ane tips to raise relationship instead talking with them after battle, join a feast, help them, do a quest.

I'll address numero uno first, if you raise path finding you can fly accross the map. In my first game I exclusively used Marnid and raise his path finding up very high (I had invested in others so I got a +1 for that) my party was 120 big and we went almost at 8.0 speed. And if you do quests and buy enterprises then money won't be a problem, therefore you can buy all the food you want.
Raising relationships is long and excruciating, the quests, joining battles, feasting, etc. is the only way to raise relationship. Most lords like hpnourable people so helping someone when they are massively outnumbered will raise relationships a bit, though not all the time.You can download the Diplomacy mod and you can join a family and every month or week relations within that family raise.

The lords like very much to be saved too, help them in battles can gave you even a bonus of ten in relations, and free prisoner lords from jails gave you a bonus of seven and free honor. You could even gain money and more relations with the free Lord's quest.

If you play Diplomacy (a great mod), i do not recommend join a very large family, because when one of them lose a battle you lose relations with every member and you cannot babysit all of them all the time.

All you ever need to do is suck up to the king, him n only him. His decision is final. Once you get in good with king, the world is yours. At least in Diplomacy mod, not sure if this applies to the version you got.

Failing to suck up to king, suck up to as many lords as you can. But bear in mind, what king decides is STILL final.

the only reason to suck up to lords is to get enough relationship with them to ask them to follow you, so that you dont need to attack things solo if you want castles or townes for yourself...

to raise relations, join in on many sieges, support people you want to be friends with/their choices, and once you have a castle and a wife launch feasts.

You need to simply just join in on any seiges of enemy castles that you see. If you can get yu=our relations with the other vassals you can convince them to support you in getting a castle that you didn't lead the siege for. Same goes for towns. If you want a quicker way, find a castle with about 75 people, usually these are the most recently captured, have no lord, just a garrison.

Storm the castle!
