If the PC has two hard drives - a 'regular' VelociRaptor and an SSD - could there be any problems?

- where should the operating system (Win7) be installed?
and generally where should stuff on the PC be arranged?
I'm guessing programs/games on the SSD will run faster...

Yeah, pretty stupid.

I think there shouldn't be problems. DOn't take my word 100%, but I haven't atleast heard that there would be problems. Depends on the programs your going to run and games. What is the size of the SSD? If you want games to load faster etc, put them on the ssd. Same for Win7, but then again, doesn't win 7 already take 20GB, thus, could be a good idea to put the other drive if isn't slow.

Plan on getting a Velociraptor at 10k, SATA 6G at 450 GB,
and an OCZ Agility 3 SSD, 120 gb, 525/500 mb/sec. SATA 6G.

Not that I know if it's any good or other combinations would be better
