Hard time buying the serial number...

Im from Brazil and got no international credit/debit cards and i wanna buy a serial number, can you guys tell me if there are other ways to buy it? I could pay the cash like in a direct cash transfer but i'll need the bank account and stuff...
I'll be glad to pay for this wonderful game, i've got addicted just by playing it in trial mode but i NEED the level limit turned off =P
I hope you guys can help me with it.
