Hairless Characters in directx 9 rendering mode

Hello, i have a problem with the directx 9 rendering mode, i have windows vista and the latest directx 10, when i use directx 9 in the game everithing is fine for a while, but suddenly characters in battle, towns streets, castle rooms or conversational windows apears with no hair and beard. When i use directx 7 all is fine but armour textures are not the same (Very plain, specially the full plate). Someone can help my?

I play in a portatile pc with an Ati radeon graphic card model 3440 (256 mb), 4 gb of memory and intel dual core procesor of 2 ghz, i suposse than the hardware is not the problem  :|.

Problem solved, if someone has the same problem and reinstall don't works use this solution, change the original archive mb.fxo for this one; Optimized version of shaders for SM 3.0, from the unofficial M&B repository (http://www.mbrepository.com/modules/PDdownloads/viewcat.php?cid=6&orderby=date DESC&start=45).
