B Tutorial 3D Hair Making Tutorial - So, you want to be a hair stylist?

So don't want to sound stupid but I downloaded his hairstyles and I really have no idea what I'm doing with the numbers thing cause I'm adding them for female characters and i tried woman_hair_y2 and stuff and i really have no clue as to what I'm doing in my skins.txt folder and was wondering if someone could explain it to me i would very much appreciate it

While i am using someone elses OSP for my hair and face mod, i am getting an instant crash to desktop when swapping to my modded hair.
i get no errors while loading game, brf is loaded in module and is in resources. skins has the hairs placed correctly as far as i know. i can cycle through the native hairs for men, native hairs and modded hairs for my women. but game crashes to desktop when i change to any modded hair for men. this is my skins files for men
