Resolved Hair issue in world map

Summary: In world map there is weird white curved line on character's head and can't see hair properly.
How to Reproduce: This issue occurs from e1.5.9. There was no problem until e1.5.8.
Have you used cheats and if so which: I used mod until e1.5.8 and after e1.5.9 update this problem happened so I deleted all the mods and game data and installed game again, started new game without any mods, still same problem happens.
