It started as an IRC joke, because we're cool like that on the internet relay. But for real, I'm getting tired of seeing 2 month old dead mod threads bumped with a guy with 2 posts saying "ne port to 10.11" It would also cut down on new top spam for stickied threads. By ten or fifteen posts you'll have a general idea if someone is dumb or not. It shouldn't be that hard to get 10 posts in The Apprentice Guild, Town Square and the Realm of Calradia.

And yeah, He's a ferret.
