Not really. A promotion system maybe, but not the same one for each faction. the title Guardian Angel would look quite silly on heathens.

Hehe, I've been getting that lately. I've taken to herding enemy parties towards castles in the hope that they'll attack a friendly lord and give me more troops and more rep for doing it.
