I've already sent you my name and such and the reasons why im sorry and want to be unbanned. 63272
is my ID., im sorry for repeatedly shooting ,it was my first or second time palying NW then i shot the admin Im From the UK aswell. the time was about6-9 o'clock at night. GMT timezone UK. The name i was banned underi am not sure of sorry, but it was a few months ago now.

Would like to make an complain against 1 of your admins named 59th_PTE_Biggun

First of all he posted this on our public topic

Tonight a member of the 92nd was on the Groupfighting server, he was trolling and ignoring my requests, he then proceeded to shoot the me and leave the server, the 92nd member which I speak of is "Donald MacDowell" under the name of "NL_Kaasbroodje".

Due to his actions he has been permanently banned from the GF server, Sorry to post this on your thread, but due to recent events i doubt that you would accept my friends request on steam and I did not see it useful to address anyone but yourself Donald.

Now my side of the story:

I was playing with Nico, Hadod, Vampy, MacTavish on your beloved Groupfighting server. all was well on the server till biggun joined the server and used his adminship to control the server on how he "thinks" it should be run.

First example:
in 1 of the round there was 2 people left on French side(MacTavish and a other random guy ), and 1 alive on the british side. MacTavish let his teammate fight the last french guy, and started jumping against a wall for 2 seconds. Biggun then without warning slayed him and then warned him.  (yes i know its groupsfighting so its wrong what MacTavish did)  but then the next round it happend again with the same ammount of guys but different none 92nd people. and this time Biggun wrote an admin message telling them to join the battle or they will be slayed  (this is the right way to do it).
But when a 92nd does it or anyone else he doesn't like he will slay/kick/ban them.

2nd example:

Some guy teabagged me after he killed me. so after a new round i killed this guy who teabagged me and started to teabag him. After 2 seconds of doing it Biggun wrote in an admin message "NL_Kaasbroodje stop trolling and teabagging players".
this was starting to piss me off, but i calmed myself down by taking a long sip of my beer.  then a new round started, and what do you think?  Biggun killed Mactavish and he freaking started to teabag him. this really pissed me off, and when he was last guy alive i shoot him point blank and then said "bye" and left the server before i would do more worser stuff in public.

I believe if you would ask more people about Bigguns behavior as an admin, more people will complain about his way of running stuff.
I dont have anything against the 59th or any other admin besides Biggun. but an admin should never takes sides only because he hates the others. and should look at stuff from a neutral place.

I know i was wrong for pointblanking him. but you see me on the server a lot and i almost never break rules made by the server owner.

Hope you can look into this matter.

If what you're saying is in fact true then Biggun is in the wrong, but so are you, two wrongs do not make a right, I will talk to Biggun and put his admin in to question, provided what you stated above is true.

Under the current circumstances I've lifted your ban, but if it happens again I won't be so forgiving, just because another player breaks rules or does wrong does not give you the right to do so to. So in short, don't break the rules, under any circumstances, try and contact me if there is a conflict occurring, some of the 92nd have me on steam or alternatively you can find me on the 91st teamspeak (ts.91st.eu).

Now for my take first incident you are saying I'm one sided yet there was admins on from the 92nd that did not say anything to Mctavish for trying to jump on the side of the map...... very contradicting it seems....

The second incident I got a complaint sent to me on steam about you teabagging someone it was not just the first round you were teabagging him shooting him with your musket and then picking up another and doing the same.. the difference is I done it once not repeatedly over and over instead of fighting......

Then we come to the shooting you were clearly in the wrong and anyone that does that gets log banned simple as. also you say "I would do more worser stuff in public" you think that gives you morale grounds for an unban?

I did not know who you were when you used that name it was not until Tavington checked the logs i knew so i was not being one sided at all. Also if i was being one sided then so was the admins you were playing with as they done nothing about your foolish behaviour simply because they were playing with you...

I'm done with this incident but next time you complain about me at least hold a strong argument thank you and goodbye. 

(edit) I've just seen what Tavington posted at the same time as me and I will talk with him later as I had witnesses there to back up my actions

as for my "i would do worser stuff in public" statement, i mean i would argue to you in public about your behavior. i'm not using it as a "unban me now" statement.

edit: the reason why the other 2 admins didn't do anything is because you reply within 1 second when it happends . making it senceless for them to double, tripple the same message

Just want to add that i am the one who complained, i just kept chambering him to see how many chambers he would block with his Netherlands ping, and after he killed me he started teabagging me and shot my body twice with my musket as well.
I killed him the next round, didn't do anything to him and the round after that he kills me, leaves his team alone just to teabag me somemore, and repeat the shooting.
Then again the next round, that round he didnt even kill me
Followed by a warning
Then he shot Biggun and left, Biggun went to Tav to find out who he was so he can be log banned
I may have influenced his decision with my laughing and chanting, 'Perma!, Perma!'
But yeah
