Team 1s (those on the left) must confirm their choice of dates by 19:00 GMT 12/12/2012 in this thread. Following that Team 2s must make their date and timeslot (if they have to) selections by 20:00 GMT 12/12/2012 in this thread. Any final selections for Team 1s must be made by 21:00 GMT in this thread. Failure to meet any of your selection deadlines will grant your pick to your opponent. Servers will be assigned automatically.

The available dates for this round are 13/12/2012,14/12/2012 and 15/12/2012. The timeslots are, as usual 17:00, 18:30 and 20:00 GMT.
