I heard that some graphics card might now even work with my computer because of the motherboard and whatnot.
I have HP H-Joshua-H61-uATX and wondered if ZOTAC GeForce GTX 660 2GB will work on it.

Assuming this is your motherboard then yes ;

One PCI Express x16 (Gen2.0)

Your motherboard will work with just about any GPU. The problems will be having the power cords from your power supply and the size of your case.

It would work if it fits in your case and something doesn't get in the way. You motherboard appears to have a single pci express x16 2.0 slot which is compatible with 3.0 graphic cards.  You will probably need a gaming psu if your current psu is a low quality one.

Recommend size is 600w for the card, so anything 600w or higher is good. Ideally you would want something that says 'modular' in the title meaning that every cable can be removed from the thing which helps in installation. There is also a rating system for the performance of the power supply (bronze,silver,gold) but most of that just means you will save a few pennies a year on your electricity bill so it isn't really a big factor.

Seasonic is pretty much the best brand you can get and a few other companies still use seasonic for their PSUs (corsair uses them and I believe a few others).
