In Progress Graphical Glitch

Still a student in Game Development, but I think this issue might be related to the texture maps. Again, I only use 3DS Max, Zbrush, Substance and Unreal. So, Don't take my word for it.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
GPU Version: 3.20.5.70
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700k @ 3.70GHz
RAM: 16 GB (can't remember brand)
Motherboard: Can't Remember
Storage Device: SATA SSD Barracuda
