Very nice, looks brilliant with the Dark pack and with my Gamma set at 1.85  Thanks

Makes it feel vibrant without it being overly bright (For Reference the time was Morning when that was taken)

Your Config etc turned on, on the left, the config turned off on the right

Very nice

Good to hear it works.

Looks great indoors too, even on 1.85 Gamma, bright enough so you can still see but at the same time gloomy enough to be believeable considering it's lit only by sunlight from the windows and torchlight.

Wait, how many sets are there?

Four for the moment: standard, dark, cold and arid.

Also, that drier stuff would be brilliant for the steppe

I forgot about the steppe texture since I have no use for it myself (on my map the steppe terrain is used for roads). The arid grass is probably a bit too dry for the steppes.

Looks great indoors too

Nice to know you can see inside. Shouldn't be a problem for anyone using a higher gamma, and the GE3 building textures are a little lighter.

Edit, various shots with the Dark terrain, including some WIP building textures.

Wow, all the different packs are looking superb. If only I could use them all, heheh. I was leaning toward standard but now Cold has caught my eye. Thanks Zaro for posting your latest so frequently! I know the skybox is probably just a placeholder still, but you should consider a forest with some deciduous trees for Standard and a sparse and wispy-clouded look for Arid I think.

release all of this ****, now! you are an absolute genius, i cant wait for your new building textures, realistic terrain, and your cold terrain absolutely magnificent, also..."RayvenQ" your first shot featured some pretty colorful troops what mod is that featured in?

Hundred Years War and, as much as I want this to be released, just like you, I'd rather Zaro takes the time that he needs rather than rushing it.

I hate to be off topic, but can someone go help me out on a issue I'm having with the module system.
I mean, like the last post in the thread I posted my issue in is very outdated, and since this thread is active, I mise well just let you guys know, so if you have good knowledge PLEASE help me out.

Thread is here.

Thanks Zaro for posting your latest so frequently!

Posting is part of my process of getting things right. I'm my own worst critic, so posting shots up for everyone to see tends to motivate me to correct any mistakes.

It's more a matter of focus than time. I tend to do things very quickly if I dedicate my time to only that, but outside of that time I'm not very productive. It's also interesting that I've learned more about texturing over the last few days than I have over the last 6 months, and the same goes for when I was scripting for my Realism mod the week before.

put my textures in Resources of my Scooby folder.

Textures go into the module textures folder, resources is for brfs. I've no idea what the problem is though with the error. There's a list of errors and solutions over at the mbx I think.

Oh man, they all look so lovely, I want them all at once!
Seriously, really good work there, following this and your realism mod very closely.

Thanks.

On changing the background texture to something more dark and moody, I found that Ganbat's pictures no longer stood out, so I thought I'd adjust them a little. The top is the original while the bottom is a slightly touched up version:

And not to forget, as long as he actually releases it

Not that I want to rush you Zaro, but this all looks so sweet I can't wait to get my hands on it. And I think the arid version actually looks just fine to be used as steppe, but you already said that there won't be any steppe in your mod. I hope eventually that this sort of thing will be fixed (the limit on map textures, the random grass etc.). Anyway, rock on.
