Grandmaster Quest Help?

I can't seem to get any of the travelers to tell me any information on the snake cult.  I have truly exhausted any options I can think of and have simply been ignoring the quest now.  If someone could just tell me how to do it I would appreciate it.

I just did this last night, its a pain in the ass i know. I went to every city twice with no avail. But it will work eventually. Im sorry for what im about to say but, if it takes to long just teleport cheat. It will work eventually.

Iv'e been using the teleport cheat for days with no success, but thanks for responding.  I was worried there was some trick I wasn't doing.  Guess I'm off to teleport some more

HA!  I just got it.  I just had to have my sword out.  Little intimidation never hurts i guess.

Seriously thats all i needed to do! I wasted 10 minutes on that quest! Wow... Well good luck with the quest!

Awesome fight at the end!  I asked about 20 times w/ no luck, first time w/ sword out worked.
