SP - General Grain?!

With this new patch the grain in your companions inventory is broken. Literally an army of 120 men walking around with enough grain to feed the army for 30 years. I assume this will be addressed at some point? Example, option for army leader to discard food? Something! Because moving around the map at 1.0 is not enjoyable, at all. And yes, i know there are traits you can take to assist with over burden but that is not enough.

There's a mod that fixes this problem, but it's insane that Talewords hasn't put out a hotfix for this.
