I had an issue in which getting 5 minutes into any game mode caused it to crash. Black screen and all. PC can handle it, so it's not a systems thing. Tried all the tricks. I really was soooooooo stoked for this game, but man... What a letdown. I'm gonna be back around and buy when on sale again. I hope by then the bugs can be fixed. I just say this to hope that it is able to be fixed sooner rather than later.

Did you report the issue so they could investigate it or work to fix it?

If not it might still be there next time you decide to grace us with your presence.

I would recommend waiting to buy the game until it is out of EA. Watch reviews beforehand, then buy or don't.
The game in its current state quite messy.

Never heard of your bug though.
