Got cattle for Marshal, quest cancelled, now what?

What can I do with cattle?  I've gone to many villages to see if any of them needed anything (speak with elder > need anything?) but that didn't help.

Is there anything you can do with cattle other than turn it in to marshals laying siege?

This happened to me and I had no slots left in my inventory, so I led them to a castle, killed some and took the meat in, then came back out and killed the rest, and the poor things waited for me.

Oksana has some shamanic skills. She says cow meat heals wounds. It does. Slowly, but I can certainly feel the tingles of healing and some green healing-goo came out of the wound a few days after I started the treatment. Cleaner flies also help, she says.
