Is there currently a work around or mod that enables you to customize your own lords who joins your player kingdom ??  There are some really cool kingdom management mods but none of them enables customization of lords, or is this part hard coded and cannot be changed ?? I would like to change there armor and give them new better weapons etc ..

I think you can do that via an editor.

Yes sorry i thought it could easily be changed by 82 compilation thread but didn't find this option in it. For the moderators can you please move this thread to the right forum side ?? Thanks in advance.

That is a sick idea. I don't know if i would want to equip all of the lords individually, but it would be cool if you could give them armor and weapons as gifts and get a relation bonus and they would use them in battle.

In Native expansion you can give estates to your companions, and you can customize them.

The question is: why do you want to customize all your lords? whats with your obsession for fashion?

You have to admit some Lords are in desperate need of a complete makeover.

You can use the troop editor the make changes with the lords but these only work with a new game.

While I have not heard of a mod that includes a conversation like you have with your companions with a lord you might want to ask in the modding forum, learn a bit about modding and do it yourself
As you can already do it with the members of your party it shouldn't be that difficult.

By the way, if you activate the edit mode you can allocate their skill points when they level up, just go to the character screen and use the arrows that appear over your picture.

The adventures of Robin Hood (it's the errol flynn version) - Awesome film. Gone now, though. Apparantly it's too much movement for Nordmann..

If you are creating a dark kingdom you would want all your lords to wear the same type of armor to reflect your current kingdom at least i do.
