Unmodded game is boring, everyone sticks to PC and its moddable version of Warband.

Yes, that is why it is dead.
Yes, PC has only three mods which still are active on a daily basis: NW, Native and The Deluge. Everything else is gone.
Actually it's because they screwed the servers up and won't fix it, gamepass helped a lot too
