what do you know of living in Soviet Russia, you codloving barbarians?  :???:

How dare you accuse me of Norwegianity? I spit on your non-obama shaped genitalia!

what's wrong with being a norwegian? except for being related to Aryndil?
anyway, don't fins love cod too? i thought all scandinavians do.
(yeah, now you'll say that fins are not scandinavians. )

Sounds like an awesome idea.

I suspect it's much less dangerous in Denmark than it would in the UK or the US as well. Sure, it's not completely without peril, but it shouldn't be as bad as some people suspect. It would be a really nice way of gaining perspective on things. I wouldn't recommend bringing a camera though. It'd either get stolen, break or separate you from the rest of the people there. The best bet, if you really want to interact with other homeless people is probably being at least partially honest, admit that you're new at this. Admit you've got some money left. Come up with a belieavable story. Maybe your mother married a complete jerk who threw you out. Maybe you got evicted (don't know how old you are). Going together with friends will make coming up with something believable much harder, though.

Getting sponsored seems like something that could most likely be done, but instead of trying to do it for yourself I'd do it for the people who really are homeless. I'd look into it a lot beforehand too, check what government agencies there are for this sort of stuff, check what sort of shelters and stuff there are out there. Doing it in another town than your hometown would be a good bet as well, I think. Doesn't have to be far away, just minimize the chances you run into people you know as much as you can, both for your own sake, their sake, and for the sake of your story.
