I was banned yesterday too for hitting and admin on accident. John was there too you can ask him.

I can confirm that I, and several friends have been temp banned for kicking people.
Not that it matters though, gk adminship is so far in the ****ter with bad players and stupid kids that it's essentially useless to complain about it.
I rarely play gk siege mainly due to this reason alone, I can deal with bad ping and slower combat perfectly fine, but when it comes to the state the government of your servers (mainly siege) are in I absolutely can not stand to use them.
I've had admins kick me and threaten bans for my name; fengay, and demand that I change it.
Do you understand how stupid that is?
You guys kick and ban constantly for many different reasons, and I rarely see these actions explained to those they're affecting.
That can be incredibly confusing to new players (which make up the main population of your server) and while a player may know they were banned for teamkilling, they may not understand that standing on the ladder stops it from going up, or having the name "****** McDickLicker" is against the rules if you don't explain to them why they are getting kicked/banned.
If you put up a game server for everyone to play, you want people to play there right?

I have tried repeatedly to make an account with the GK website and it always says your system has detected me as a spammer, please contact an admin. I cant contact an admin because I cant see an email address because im not a member. What do I have to do to make an account?

GK admins also occasionally warn people of certain rules. What more could we do to warn people? We're not putting up giant billboards in our map scenes that say "no offensive names."

Sly, if that's the case, then you guys should choose your admins a lot more carefully. Give admin privileges to people who have an open mind and aren't easily offended at everything. I mean, there are words/names that are obviously offensive, and those are the ones that the admins need to give warnings and punishments to. Using Fengay as an example, I do not see anything offensive about his name at all. Giving admin to these easily-offended-at-the-world individuals can easily lead to abusive admin behavior (POM admins as an example).
Additionally, you should have your admins adhere strictly to some kind of a punishment guide, not just let them do whatever they want: i.e. one admin might just simply kick a player for a minor offense, whereas another admin might permban the player for the same offense. If you do have something like that in place to prevent admin abuse then that's good, but in my recent experience, it seems to be loosely enforced because I've recently witnessed on a few accounts of admin abuse on Siege.
