Giving "Speeches" to the peasants while recruiting

For example, when you press the "Recruit" button, you just recruit X settlers into your party. My idea is that you can give speeches to influence peasants joining your party. It would have some random words that you could say (Speech-like words) The better the speech is, the more people that could possibly join your party. But it could also be bad aswell, making less join. But there should still be an option to just do it how we do it normally, without a bonus or debuff.

MMMmmm... maybe bards can teach you speeches? And you you say a speech to a certain village, you can't use that speech again in that village and you have to use the regular recruit option on them.

I like it!

Maybe you don't necessarily buy speeches from bards, but give a speech that either compliments or disagrees with the owner of the fief?

So, if the peasants hate their fief's owner and the noble is debauched, if you preach about giving peasants more power they'll love you.

But if the peasants love their fief's owner and the noble is martial, you preach can something about a good shepard tending his flock and they'll love you.

Makes you learn the noble's personality and relation to the fief in order to drum up extra recruits.
