Giving companion a Fief

Hello, my first post here
I wanted to ask. I'm playing M&B Warband Native mod, I first joined Rohdoks and began invading Clardia, I it took me 1005 days to fully invade Clardia with Rhodoks, last castle to fall was Distar Castle. After some time I realized King Graveth was an idiot so I left Rhodoks. I started my own kingdom after invading all lands that Vaegirs held, I hosted a feast and most of vaegir lords joined me, later I started a campaign and invaded Wercheg, Sargoth, Thir and castles around them, I also hold Dihirim and Ichamour. I had a companion named Marnid which I like a lot, I lvled him up with training and made him a warrior. I decided to make him a lord and give him Thir... Well he didn't really like it but he took Thir and now I can't find him anywhere... I asked around lords and non of them know where he is... Hosted a feast he didn't come... What do I do?(some of you might think ah it's just a companion... But I'm a gamer who really cares about those minor things in the game )

How long has it been since you gave him that fief?  It might take a few days for them to appear on the map, so just give it a while.  If it's been more than that, then you might want to go back on a file as he might have glitched out of the game somehow (in short, stupidly rare glitches).

Thx for the answer... Well... I waited two weeks and he didn't appear, so I figured I'll take his Fief and still he didn't came back in Party, so I denounced him as a lord.. Well now he joined Rhodok Kingdom and fights me. Thx for the replay!
