Now the only eu server is siege, manual block, not exactly my cup of tea. I'm getting too high ping to enjoy the us servers, melee combat is completely borked for me even with decent ping. :p

I think the us players are better catered to, unfortunately for us, but hopefully we will soon see some stability on the eu servers. Right now I rarely see them online, and then usually just one, and not the mode I like.

Actually the Siege server just crashed few minutes ago Lost connection and when I tried going back it said that the profile name was still in use, then unable to connect and after that it changed into the incorrect auth. key.

I think serv crash when there is too many people... thats why the battle serv is always the first to be down... and then the others follow...

Well, hopefully tomorrow they'll roll everything back to last patch whilst they figure out what in the latest patch is causing the problem.

I remember seeing someone warn someone else against doing something specific, I cannot remember what, and then a few seconds after the server crashed.  I do not know if it was a joke, or a serious statement.

Uhm...    What are you trying to say?  That you intentionally exploited this "bug" to crash the servers?  Or did you actually interfere with them outside of the game to cause them to crash?  Or both?

I don't think it's a matter of rights or business models, it's a matter of manners. They know there are dozens, maybe hundreds of people eagerly waiting for the servers to get up, and they just keep their mouths shut. We don't get any info whatsoever. Asking for info isn't very improper, imho.

If you don't like it don't join beta's Pretty sure if they knew why the servers kept falling over they'd have fixed it, and I think everyone would prefer them working on identifying and solving the problem than posting a "we're still looking into it" post every hour to stop people *****ing on the forums.
  When 6.14 was initially released the servers were fine, they only started falling over after the influx of new players, so I suspect it's possibly a scaleability issue.

Either that or Okin. It was the day after he started playing that the servers started falling over. I bet he's taken them out as yet another of his hairbrained schemes for world domination.

It actually wasn't the people who banned you, I kicked you from the server because of the gate opening which you continued doing to give the other team the advantage which pretty much ruined the game of everyone else on the team who defended the castle. But until any official statement from the devs I don't consider admin actions as a gamebreaking thing. Of course I could be wrong. The servers have been really unstable since the latest version though.

have both servers (eu/us) been going down at the same time or just seperate things causing each one to go down and just not brought back due to being weekend

Unfortunately, there is a bug in .614 that made it crash after a while. I re-started the servers four times or so during the weekend but they go down again after a while. Hopefully, we'll release a new version pretty soon.
