I saw this forum when surfing and installed the game. I spent almost one hour to give this game a chance but it gave me nothing. How can one find 4000 guys to play this game? I don't understand

1) Over 8500 licenses or whatevers have sold.
2) What do you mean? ONE HOUR? There is lots, well, only combat with limited missions so far. ANd it takes awhile to level up, or cheat if you want. All can be found by searching, looking and reading the stickies here and in the suggestions forum. Also, get the Mag7 mod.

That's what i thought when i first downloaded it! But you guys shouldn't be so harsh because someone didn't like the game. He wasn't rude about it, except maybe a tiny bit from the subject line... The main reason we all love this game is that it is completely unique. It's the first melee based game i've ever played (only one actually) where you don't just run at your opponents mashing the buttons. It takes skill, strategy, and patience. And there really is nothing like slicing someone's horse out from under them and bashing their head in with a massive warhammer as they struggle to stand up! I think that if you gave this game another hour or two, and went into it realizing it requires a different style of play than any other game out there, you'd be back here wanting the dozens of hours back you spent immersed in the game. Either way, welcome to the forums!

I wish you first asked me about this. After all you're an experienced forum user, not a beginner.

I login to taleworlds forum on private computers. If you had checked the IP you would realize that the IP belongs to a computer on a university network.

If we come back to that damn message, I'm not the one that wrote it! A friend of mine who makes fun of me for playing this game so much told me that there is such a dumb message. I read the message and wrote an answer. What I didn't know was that friend was the author of the message. If you check the times of the messages you can see that there are only minutes between the times the messages are sent.

I apologize on behalf on him for taking forum users' time BUT I do expect you to do the same for blaming me for something I haven't done.


By the way, because of those bad memories from now on I'll be using the nick I_am_<deniz>
