Ghost Prisoners 1.6.1

I have a town that says it has 337 prisoners when I hover over it in the overworld, and holding alt will give me the breakdown of what troops are in there, but interestingly when I enter the dungeon it is totally empty. Is this a glitch or what? Or is it some kind of peasant scheme to get free food from the state?? lmk

I also notice something was weird with ransoming as well. I was just in a war with the western empire and I had a large amount of nobles in that prison, then when we made peace I assumed that they all got freed but strangely I get a ransom offer for Garrios... Is my game going haywire or what?

You should be able to access all prisoners in a fief you own, don't know about Garrios but it's possible someone else stuck him in your prison after peace.
If you're not using mods you should report on https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?forums/mount-blade-ii-bannerlord.528/ with a save.
