Getting the key when bought online

Hi i just got my friend to buy a key for me as i dont have a credit card myself. He went throu it all and it accepted and ended the payment ...

but no email or key was ever shown or sent ..?? what to do ..

i wanna play so bad please help me guys.!

Mine came instantly.. as soon as I finished the buy, the site displayed my serial... don't remember the email, but the serial should display automatically when you finish the buy

i brought my serial key over internet aswell but its has not arrived yet been a couple of days and still have not got it i contacted the staff but they have done nothing so far no emails sent back or nothin so someone plz help cause i really want to play.

You might want to check it at your bank that your payment was really made.

when you pay by credit card you should get the key instantly but if you pay by paypal you have to wait because the developers have to activate it manually and that can take a couple of business days (meaning if you order it on friday you'll probably have to wait until monday or so... specially if they arent home i guess)

If you used a credit card, I believe that you should have received your serial key already. As Hardclyff said ... have your friend check and make sure that the payment went through. If it did ... you will need to contact Armagan.

I just received your PMs and answered you. Forgive me for not answering sooner, but it is 4:50 A.M. and I've been sleeping.

Depending on how you purchased your serial key has a direct effect on when you should receive your key. In your PMs, you didn't state the method you used to pay ... but as Tanaburs ^ just said ... if it was through PayPal it could take a couple of business days.

Only thing I could think of is that you mispelled your email address somehow when filling out the form at eSellerate. I'm afraid you better contact the eSellerate support on this one, there is hardly anything we could do.

esellerate.net processes orders instantly. After you submit your order you are taken to a receipt page which shows your serial key. The system also instantly emails you your serial key. Thus, after placing your order with esellerate, if you haven't received your serial key within a few minutes, your order hasn't gone through.
