Resolved Getting stuck in dialogue screen with looters.

Summary:It's as the title says. I never encountered this until the e1.4.3 beta update and it specifically occurs when the looters surrender, and I choose the "Very well you may join us" option.
How to Reproduce: Choose the "you may join us" option when accepting the surrender of looters.
