getting mods to work

jackie, just wondering if there is any particular software needed in order for your mods to work. do they work on V .704? I'm pretty excited about the LOTR mods, but i'm becoming continually frustrated when they fail to work.

I felt a littel frustrated and noobish when i tried to get them to work.

After backing up your game, unzip the mod in a seperate folder. That way you can look at the files and figure out where in the Mount & Blade folder they go. I think most of them go in the native sub-directories under the mod and module directories.

Are you talking about me? and the LOTR mod i made ages ago?
if you are, that mod was for version 0.632, i'm going to update it for version 0.704 after i understand how to use the module tools.
