get_skeleton_anim failed for

Hi
yesterday m&b was working fine, today I get "get_skeleton_anim failed for" either "run_man_right" or "death_face" depending on what mod I run.

please help

I think you'll have to redownload and reinstall the game, make a backup of your modules map, so you don't have to download those again.
