After 31 days still offline and you already knew that problem lmao,just remove the game from GeForce at this point. It make 0 sense if you can play 3 days every 2 months
Don't say you will do somethings and then disappear for other 30 weeks like you often do with your "updates"

May I supply with the information that this has been going on since the beginning of January 2025 !
Inconvenience? Well you try to buy a product, and then being told you can't use the product because "maintenance" for 1 month and counting...
How would you feel?

And you just found out? Or Nvidia just released the log files of players to TW?

Can you answer and tell us if this is the same problem with players using Epic or other cloud-gaming platforms?
Or is this only with Nvidia and Geforce Now?
Can you give us a time estimat? When will we be able to play our game again? And why is it you need more than 2 weeks to answer us?
Perhaps because we are not important enough aka not enough players using this option, so your service is "Tier 1 or 2" ?

We did not know the details because we needed nvidia to share the log files. We are investigating the issue at the moment.

Thank you so much for trying to resolve the issue, you're a god send and you've given us more insight then Nvidia has. I'm glad to know it's at least being worked on.

Did you actually try to write Nvidia? Because they answer within 2-3 days, whereas TW .... well last time they wrote "us" was 13th februar....2 weeks ago.
And what has happened? Apart from 2 weeks between 2024-25 Bannerlord has been down to maintenance since December actually, a game we all have paid for....and everyone else can play, except if you want to play/or are forced to play it in Geforce Now.
Personally I'm both frustrated and very tired of this continued lack of information, a feel that we are a minority and not "worth" attention, and the only information that I have received is that Nvidia wrote and informed me they were doing "backend optimization" ....

They say that it works everywhere else, only not steam/nvidia geforce..
I've been waiting for this issue to resolve about 2 months now checking daily.. No luck, no one cares so far. Very bad treatment to paid customers

Fellow Bannerlord gamers....there might be another solution.
In another thread, someone pointed out that you can play the game on Boosteroid - https://boosteroid.com/ .... another cloud gaming platform.
I checked it out, it runs Bannerlord if you bought the game through Steam? Ok but it dosn't work on GFN so how???
I bought the cheapest 1 month subscription and 15 mins later the game started, and I was right back in the game that I saved since beginning of January.
??? Suddenly my weekend plans changed Only setback is that there is a long que sometimes, on the other hand there is no time limit....once you are on you can play as long as you want.

It's been a long time since I got this offline situation from you, the creators of banerlord, to play geforcenow, but I can't play it because it's under maintenance and offline on Steam. When I talked to Steam, there's nothing for us. They said to talk to the creator. There's no response from Geforcenow. If you, the creator of banerlord and the support team, could do it, you would do it. Thousands of users like me are waiting for you. For the love of banerlord

We are still waiting response from Nvidia. They said they are busy with GDC so there won't be any updates on this for a couple of weeks i believe.

Hi! Just to let you know, a few months ago, during a period between two maintenances, on GeForce Now, I couldn't play Bannerlord in regular Steam mode. However, it worked when I used Big Picture Mode.

Pretty sure it would run just fine if they’d remove the ”offline for maintenance” status. Might have a few hickups during launch, but it would launch.
