So my wages for castles have been going absolutely through the roof. Im on the beta 1.5.10 version so i tried using the slider to limit wages, well now my troops are abandoning the garrison every few days as they AUTOMATICALLY get leveled and put the garrison over wage limit. I think the only way around it is to not have a governor because then troops wont gain xp and level. So because of these auto upgrades it literally breaks an entire area of the game with appointing high level stewards and building up garrisons as you desire. No governor is better than having one... that makes a whole lot of sense.
