Resolved Garrison Commander Crash

This is a bug regarding talking to the garrison commander in Talivel Castle from the Vlandia faction.
I have to get 4 recruits and rank them up to a Vladian Gallant, but every time I request to talk to the garrison commander from the left-side menu and it crashes.
I should mention this is a quest from King Derthert.
I've tried updating drivers, verify cache, restarting computer, lowering settings, running the game in safe mode.
If you've any idea's or encountering the same problem, let me know!

Same issue, though it's 6 gallants for me. Exact same problem, have done all the same attempted fixes. Cannot use the bug report tool, it errors out. You also using a GTX 1080?

I also have this same bug, quest for King Derthert to deliver 5 Vladian Gallant to Talivel Castle.
Report tool broken, I'm using a gtx 1080 as is the person above.
