In Progress 'Gang leader needs weapons' quest uncapped scaling.

Other quests like 'Lord needs horses' or 'Village needs tools' stop increasing the amount required at a capped amount but this quest continues to increase on each level the main character gets. It can be completed by companions but it is an excessive amount for the player to do themselves.
